Booking Please book your holiday by returning a booking form together with a deposit of £40 (UK Tours) or £50 (European Tours) or £100 (Flights) per person plus insurance premiums as required. A receipt will be sent as soon as possible. We can also accept telephone bookings with credit/debit card.

Customer Protection Insurance In accordance with the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tour Regulations 1992, all passengers booking with European Heritage are fully protected for all monies paid to us including repatriation if required, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements in the unlikely event of European Heritage becoming insolvent.

Passports and Visas British full passports are essential for all continental tours. Citizens of non-EC countries should ensure that they obtain the necessary visas for all countries visited. It is your responsibility to be in possession of the correct passport (& visa, if necessary).

Travel Insurance We have arranged for a comprehensive Travel Insurance Scheme for all our passengers with Towergate Chapman Stevens Ltd. Full details of the cover are available on request. We strongly advise you to effect travel insurance when you book your holiday. Insurance is required for all European tours and unless details of alternative cover are provided we will add premiums to your final invoice.

Coach Holiday Cancellation Charges
Prior to 42 days before departure - Deposit Only
28-42 days before departure - 30% of holiday cost or deposit if greater
14-27 days before departure - 45% of holiday cost
7-13 days before departure - 60% of holiday cost
1-6 days before departure - 100% of holiday cost

All cancellations MUST be notified in writing
