Booking Please book your holiday by telephone, a provisional reservation will be held for ten days. To confirm your reservation a deposit is required: £40 per person for UK tours. £50 per person for overseas tours. £100 per person for tours by air. You will receive a Confirmation/Invoice to confirm your deposit and a final payment due date. Between 10 and 14 days before the tour departure you will receive a Travel Ticket detailing your pick-up time along with an itinerary and luggage tags (overnight tours). HOLIDAY TRAVEL INSURANCE All passengers are required to arrange insurance for all overseas tours. We strongly recommend that insurance is arranged for UK tours. European Heritage no longer offers travel insurance directly however please ask for a leaflet on how to purchase insurance from our preferred insurance brokers - Towergate Chapman Stevens who are travel insurance specialists within the coach industry. Passports and Visas Full British Passports are essential for all overseas tours. Citizens of non-EU countries should ensure that they obtain the necessary visas for all countries visited. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE IN POSSESSION OF THE CORRECT PASSPORT (AND VISA, if necessary).
