During our extended visit we take a city tour visiting the European Parliament district, the Royal Palace and the museum quarter. On Saturday we feature an extended visit to Brugge with time to explore its shops, art galleries, museums, churches and possibly take a canal cruise or horse-drawn carriage ride. Turner, Monet, Gauguin, Pissarro and Sisley were impressionist geniuses fascinated by the region. Over one hundred of their works will be shown during our visit to Musee des Beaux-Arts in Rouen and we also visit scenes immortalised by the Impressionists including Monet’s Home and Garden at Giverney and Chateau sur l’Oise with its special exhibition.
